Poems of W.B. Yeats (Audio Book)

Reference: CICL08

In 1937 the BBC invited W. B. Yeats to arrange four broadcasts of poetry, chosen and directed by himself. Although Yeats was unmusical, he had a passionate desire to hear his words sung, provided the music was entirely subservient to the writing. Included are the Yeats poems broadcast by V.C. Clinton along with duets with Margaret Ruddock.
