Ciara is going on holidays with her grandmother and her mother, but if she had her own way she would prefer to be out playing football. But she meets new friends on her holidays on an island and they end up having a great time. She loses a lovely new football that belonged to her brother and she is devastated.
HerNana comes to her aid because she knows a lot of interesting people. Ciara didn't expect it, but she finds that she could learn a lot from her Nana.
